You will receive a company pack to include company seal – share certificates – company register. We can support you by looking after the
full accounting function for your business. We will ensure that your company is compliant by preparing the statutory financial statements and the abridged accounts for submission to the Companies Registration Office. You may also require assistance with preparation of annual budgets, corporate plans and cash flow forecast. We can also prepare management accounts on a monthly / quarterly / half year basis and we can also look after payroll.
You should also be aware that your new company may qualify for start-up relief.
